Keep it outside, or if the weather suggests otherwise, in the garage. Help yourself to the folding chairs.

But not in the house.

Checkout 11am

Before you go checklist:

Room key is back on the window sill.

Any damages or hospitality concerns are reported.

Your access pin for the front door is erased at checkout time (11 am), pending stay length.

Safety

Your peace of mind is important, room keys are on the window sill. This way you know any valuables are safe while you are away. If you lose the key, however, you will have to hire a locksmith to break in. We don't have extras.

Parking

Parking on the streets overnight will result in bylaw giving you a 65$ Ticket.

Do park to one side or the other of the driveway pad to let others by.

Pets

Liability insurance will not let us host any more dragons, No Dragons.

A reminder this is a new place for them too. Barking at strange noises happens, be mindful of the neighbors after 10:30 pm

Potty patch is in the backyard.

Waste goes in the provided bin in the backyard.

Large green area is 2 min. east of the house.

Steam cleaner is in the laundry room.

There are garbage bins located outside, right of the garage door

Wine, Coffee Bar

With your stay, we are happy to offer one of our locally brewed bottle of red Sangiovese or white Pinot Grigio. These come from Berkshire wine cellar in London where David the master brewer has been crafting for over 30 years and winning numerous awards in the process.

Help yourself to the coffee bar, you will find decaf, teas (located behind Keurig) hot chocolate. Furthermore, we stock various sweeteners, cream/s in the fridge, and powdered CoffeeMate in the pantry. Mugs are in the cupboard left of the sink. Water bottles are in the fridge and in the spice/shop cubby.

Take me to the "candy shop"

$1 Pop, Chip, Chocolate, Popcorn, Gum are in the shop cubby. Payment can be made by cash, money goes in the Jar. Or through Paypal in the shop Wine and beer ( fridge) are for purchase as well.

Storybrook is very popular, with paved walking trails and attractions.

Other trails and destinations, if you are looking for a more natural visit.

Boler Mountain is 8 min. away that offers a Skiing and snowboarding destination, with Tubing opportunities as well. They have 4 chair lifts to keep everyone moving. In the summer there are day programs offered as well.
